Cooking Instructions
Allow to defrost for 1 hour prior to heating.
Microwave: Remove and discard cardboard wrap and film seal. Add a tablespoon of water to the Jasmine Rice. Cover Eggplant Penang Curry and cooked Jasmine Rice with a paper towel and microwave in packaging for 3-6 minutes then serve
Stovetop: Transfer the Eggplant Penang Curry into a saucepan with 50ml water. Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and add cooked rice and 1 tablespoon of water and cover. Leave for 4 minutes then serve.
CAUTION: After heating, test temperature before consuming as contents may be hot.

Delivery Information
Our subscriptions and meal delivery service are available for local delivery within a 5km radius of Yulli’s Alexandria, 75A Burrows Rd Alexandria 2015.
We deliver weekly on Tuesdays, starting at 4:00 pm.
Meals will be delivered to your door and in the event that no-one is home we will leave the box unattended at the entrance. Meals will be packaged with an ice block to keep the product fresh.
Meals may be left unattended for up to 2 hours and stored and consumed as normal.
Meals left for 2-4 hours must be heated and consumed immediately.
Meals left unattended for 4+ hours are not recommended for consumption.
Please supply as much information as you possibly can about your delivery location and take all steps to make delivery as easy as possible. If you wish to update your delivery information, schedule or window you can do so at any time until the order has left our kitchen for delivery.
Your order may be cancelled, paused or resumed at any time, with no minimum term.
In-store Pick-up
We offer pick-up from the store for all products ordered online via the check-out page. For those looking for smaller quantities or happen to be visiting Yulli's Brews, all products are also available to purchase there. Subject to availability.
